Advice on Climbing Gear in Keswick?

I’m heading to Keswick for some outdoor climbing and noticed that https://kongadventure.net has a shop that sells climbing gear. Has anyone bought equipment there before? Are the prices competitive and staff knowledgeable? I’d prefer to buy locally if possible.
